Blue Ridge Parkway 2015 Summary

In the spring and summer of 2015 we started in Great Smokey Mountain National Park in North Carolina and then worked our way up the Blue Ridge Parkway to Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. Next up were some state parks in central Pennsylvania, followed by an exploration of the Finger Lakes area of New York state.

5 months or 139 days since we left home (April 14 – Sep 1).

Together with other years that makes 830 days we have stayed in the RV.

10,000 pictures saved (who know how many taken, at least double). It seems I posted over 3000 to the blog.

Distances

  1. 250 km hiking
  2. 5000 km on the RV
  3. 7000 km on the CRV just in day trips.

  1. I randomly found your blog while searching for info on the 2010 Georgetown 373ds model that I was looking at buying used. Great blog with lots of really helpful info on the rig and the various places! Keep up the good work.
