Today we walked around Ottawa centre, looked at the Parliament buildings, admired the architecture of the various major sites (Museum of Civilization, Library, Revenue Canada, Embassies of the various countries, etc.). It was all very different styles and floral scents of the gardens were wonderful (wild roses, flowering almond, lilacs, ...; the tulips were finished).
Next we wandered around the Byward Market. Lots of flowers and crafts and treats.
We bought some but they didn’t taste as good as they looked.
